About Jen Brickey

Jen Brickey is a physical culturalist and an expert boot camp and kettlebell instructor. She specializes in making people feel better and move more efficiently. Jen is a certified strength and conditioning coach with the prestigious National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CSCS), a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports of Medicine (NASM-CPT), Ms. Brickey also is certified by the Russian Kettlebell Challenge (RKC) and Art of Strength (AOS) as a kettlebell instructor. She is also a continuing educational provider for the NSCA teaching workshops on kettlebells, corrective exercises.
Jen Brickey is the creator of Fusion Workouts located in Newton, MA. She runs kettlebell fusion classes, boot camps and personal training. These workouts are designed to teach you how to use kettlebells, proper form and technique, address any mobility, flexibility or stability issues and strengthen your core. Basically, “you’ll get in the best shape of your life and have fun doing it”. Ms. Brickey uses kettlebells, ropes, tires, body weight and yoga based core exercises in her trainings.
