My suggestions for your morning ritual:
1. Get up early and don’t hit your snooze button.
2. Avoid your cell phone at all costs.
3. Immediately say to yourself, “I am valuable and I am loved.”
4. Take a shower.
5. Sit quietly and have a cup of coffee or tea.
6. Go to a quiet place and meditate with gratitude for 10-20 minutes.
7. Eat breakfast
8. Begin your amazing day!
