Win The Day. It's a concept I learned a while back from my own coach and mentor.
 
Win every training or coaching session. Win in making an impact on 1 Fusion Member and 1 student athlete each day. Win in my own training with my boxing coach. Win in the kitchen most days of the week : )
 
Those are some of the Wins I strive for each day and each week

Win The Day.
 
So what does that mean to you?
 
Winning today means making progress not perfection!
 
Doing everything you can to get 1% better each day:
  • Getting in your training session today
  • Eating foods that make your feel good. For athletes, eating the foods that make you perform better on the field, court
  • Performing habits that will make you %1 better today – drinking enough water, getting in a fistful of veggies, etc
 
By seeing each day as a chance to win or lose...and being committed to coming out victorious.
