I was reluctant to start working out with a trainer because several years ago I tore a muscle in my rotator cuff. I have seen Jen working out with friends at the gym and liked the way she incorporated circuits, core and strength training into her teaching. Since I started with Jen, I was amazed at the number of exercises I could perform that I was sure came from my shoulder, but instead come from my back. I never thought I would be able to do push ups, use kettle bells or perform many of the exercises that she has given me to do. I feel so much stronger and aware of myself and my body parts when I work out.

Jen is a wonderful, knowledgeable instructor and I look forward to my workouts with her…they are efficient and challenging!

Jen has trained me over the past 6 years during some very exciting chapters of my life. She started training me when I was pregnant and kept me fit and feeling good through my entire pregnancy and then helped me lose all of my baby weight and get back in shape. She got me ready to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro, has helped me recuperate from many running injuries and has kept me strong so that I continue to receive many awards showing and jumping my horse. Bootcamp with Jen is exactly what it should be..a one-hour ass-kicking workout!

Jen definitely pushes us to our limits while still providing a safe and fun exercise regime.

Her teaching method is clear and concise. I can easily take what I learn at bootcamp and bring it to the gym to do on my own on non-bootcamp days. After six months of taking bootcamp, I’ve never felt better!

Jen’s bootcamps are fantastic! I have been going twice a week for about six months now and I have really noticed a difference in my overall strength and conditioning. The sessions are always fun, Jen does a great job of changing things around and adding in new exercises so that it never gets boring. While we definitely work hard, I always feel like the workouts fly by. I also appreciate that Jen teaches us exercises that can easily be done at home, so that my overall workout regimen has really benefited from attending Jen’s bootcamps. She really does teach you how to be efficient with your workout time!
