- We get results!

-We train barefoot, especially with kettlebells

- We never do crunches, but our client’s core are sore for days

- We do not do your typical “steady state cardio, we use ropes for our high intensity intervals, or partner band runs

- We are the only studio in the area to combined ropes, kettlebells, slide boards, body weight suspension training to give you a quick, effective and efficient workout in 30 minutes

- We fix injuries. Does your neck or back hurt? Come in and we will fix it. If not, I work with a bunch of health professionals that work together to help our clients.
